1) PRICES

All rates displayed on this website and quoted in all subsequent correspondence are in Pounds Sterling , include VAT TAX at the current rate (17.5%) and any local charges - Hotel Room Rates also include Continental Breakfast (Full English if specified) and, unless stated otherwise, are per passenger - per night

  • All prices are subject to a 3% charge for Credit Card Payments
  • Our discounts are based on the Providers published Full Rates

2) BOOKING FEES

There are no booking fees for reservations made via Internet-e-mail -

A booking fee of £5.00 is applied only for telephone bookings with assistance from our staff

3) REQUESTS BOOKINGS

Any request made on this site will be attended to within a reasonable time by our staff and a non-binding offer shall be sent to the customer at the earliest opportunity.

Offers are valid at the time of "offer". Should the customer wish to accept the offer, this must be done in writing (e-mail or fax) and subject to reconfirmation acceptance by Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd.

4) RESERVATIONS

Any confirmation of booking made by the customers on this site must be accompanied by Credit Card Details N. and expiry date and will be considered binding from the time that payment has been cleared by the Company Card involved.

Payments can also be arranged by Bank Transfers only for amounts exceeding £350.00 total - Please specify your preference when booking

If the customer does not wish to transmit confidential information via the Internet, he/she may do so either by fax or by phone to Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd. office - during office hours as specified in Home Page.

A booking confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail or fax - This document serves the Provider as a proof of the customer's reservation and it is therefore to be presented to the Hotel Reception Desk upon arrival or to any other service provider in question.

5) MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Customers can make modification/changes to their reservations sending e-mail message or fax to Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd. offices. Where possible our staff will make a new/amended reservation. However Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd. are not liable in any way if our service fails to secure previously reserved rooms/services rates and/or period of stay at the same accommodation-

A fee of £5.00 will be charged for any changes/amendments to already confirmed and finalised booking.

6) FULFILMENT

With the acceptance of the guaranteed booking , the accommodation/service provider is obliged to honour the reservation and to hold the accommodation/service booked at the specified rates for the customer's arrival.

Should the specified accommodation not be available on arrival, the property has to provide the customer with an adequate alternative accommodation of equal standard, with any additional costs for transfer or type of accommodation to be borne by the property who accepted the booking originally.

Customers may also contact Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd. for advise and assistance within office hours. our staff shall do everything possible to find a solution acceptable to all parties.

7) PAYMENTS

All payments for accommodation or services have to be made to Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd, by Credit Card. Bank Transfers only for amounts exceeding £350.00.

Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd shall not be liable in any way if a financial institution or payment service provider refuses to accept/honour the credit card for any reasons. Furthermore Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd takes no responsibility for any surcharges made by customer's credit card issuer and/or their partner banks.

8) CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Unless specific terms and conditions relating to the provider's cancellation policies are listed on this website and./or in the confirmation, reservations made and guaranteed by credit card or prepayment can be cancelled with only a £10 charge up to 5 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations advised at less than the specified cut-off period the first night accommodation shall be charged to the customer's credit card or against the pre-payment retained by Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd -For Non-Arrival - the full cost of the reservation shall be charged to the customer's credit card or against the pre-payment retained by Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd.

Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd. retains the right to cancel any reservations already confirmed in case of "Force Majeur" and for reasons "Outside its control" when a full refund to the customer of any money retained by Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd will be implemented - No liabilities will be accepted for any losses suffered by the customer's due to the cancellation - Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd advises that adequate insurance is arranged by the customer to cover such eventuality.

  • Booking Fees for telephone bookings are non-refundable
  • All above will be applicable unless differently stated for specific bookings

9) SITE SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

10) ALTERATIONS

Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd reserves the right to change, amend or alter prices or any other conditions stated herein from time to time and without prior notice

11) LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Agent Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd provides the booking services on this website on behalf of the Hotels and service providers, Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd facilitates the reservations of the accommodations/services but have no obligation to ensure the reserved accommodation/service will be provided once the booking is made. All contractual obligations out of a booking therefore, are between the customer and the accommodation/service provider.

12) LIABILITY OF THE PROVIDER

The accommodation/service provider shall be solely liable to the customer for any loss that the customer may suffer in connection with the reservation, save as limited in the clause 13) below, due to failure to provide the accommodation/service reserved.

If the accommodation/service that the customer has reserved is not available, it is the accommodation/service provider responsibility to ensure that a suitable equivalent is arranged for the customer and transport is arranged at the accommodation/service provider's expense.

13) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE PROVIDER

The liability of the accommodation/service provider shall not exceed the total cost costs of facilities provided and in no event will the accommodation/service provider be liable for loss of profit, opportunity, revenue by the customer or any other indirect or consequential losses whatsoever. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the accommodation/service provider against all costs or damages whether indirect arising from any acts or omissions by the customer or third parties on the customer's behalf.

14) COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

All complaints in relation to the accommodation/service or any additional requirements and services should be made in writing by the customer to Mix-Plan (UK) Ltd within 2 weeks from departure from the UK.

Every effort will be made to settle the complaint made by the customer.

15) LEGAL VENUE

The obligations outlined in these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of jurisdiction that apply in the UK.
